- Define and manage six new KPIs across the retail journey, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Oversee zone animation to optimize performance based on defined KPIs.
- Lead analysis of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) against Square Meter (Sqm2) to enhance productivity.
- Manage the rostering process to ensure optimal staff deployment.
- Oversee floor management activities for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure store activities align with business goals and maintain high standards.
- Compile and present weekly zone performance reports with actionable insights.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics to support decision-making across retail teams.
- Support the evolution of the commission system and analyze its impact on performance.
- Lead client experience programs to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Track the execution of the Standards of Excellence project.
- Provide ongoing support to retail teams through performance optimization guidance.
- Develop and manage the retail newsletter for key performance updates.
- Ensure clear internal communication within the retail team.
- Oversee uniform management to align with brand standards.
- Drive improvements in X-store and oversee new release implementations.
- Lead RFID implementation to streamline inventory management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Manage the SOCP update and relaunch process, ensuring staff training.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Chain and Omni teams for seamless operations.
- Act as a point of contact for Care Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in retail management with a focus on performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in leading teams and implementing operational improvements.
- Proven ability to manage floor operations and retail performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing client experience programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail management systems and analytical tools.
- Data analytics and retail management software proficiency.
