1. Independently create and proactively enhance weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and performance-related sales figures.
2. Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with stores, including ordering materials and coordinating appointments with service providers.
3. Monitor and maintain the cost sheet regarding store supply orders, collaborating with the accounting department for invoice settlement, purchase order creation, and goods receipt booking.
4. Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
5. Coordinate smaller projects related to Art of Hosting and sustainability in uniform recycling.
6. Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
7. Independently create presentations and a weekly newsletter.
8. Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
9. Support Munich store teams in daily operations, ideally once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
10. Assist in the preparation and organization of internal events and seminars.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills for independent analysis and reporting.
2. Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; French is advantageous.
