Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Management Intern

- Independently create and proactively enhance weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and performance-related sales figures.
- Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with stores, including ordering materials and coordinating appointments with service providers.
- Monitor and maintain the cost sheet regarding store supply orders, collaborating with the accounting department for invoice settlement, purchase order creation, and goods receipt booking.
- Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
- Coordinate smaller projects related to Art of Hosting and sustainability in uniform recycling.
- Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
- Independently create presentations and a weekly newsletter.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
- Support Munich store teams in daily operations, ideally once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of internal events and seminars.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills for independent analysis and reporting.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; French is advantageous.
