1. Independently create and proactively develop weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics.
2. Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with stores, including material orders and coordinating appointments with service providers.
3. Monitor and maintain the cost sheet for store supply orders, working cross-departmentally with accounting for invoice processing, purchase orders, and goods receipt bookings.
4. Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
5. Coordinate smaller projects in the Art of Hosting and sustainability of uniform recycling.
6. Assist in maintenance tasks, including tracking requests, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers and store contacts.
7. Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
8. Create presentations and a weekly newsletter independently.
9. Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
10. Support Munich store teams in daily operations at least once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
11. Assist in preparing and organizing internal events and seminars.

1. Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.
3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills for independent analysis and reporting.
4. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
