Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Management Intern

- Independently create and proactively develop weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics.
- Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with stores, including material orders and coordinating appointments with service providers.
- Monitor and maintain the cost sheet for store supply orders, working cross-departmentally with accounting for invoice processing, purchase orders, and goods receipt bookings.
- Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
- Coordinate smaller projects in the Art of Hosting and sustainability of uniform recycling.
- Assist in maintenance tasks, including tracking requests, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers and store contacts.
- Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
- Create presentations and a weekly newsletter independently.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
- Support Munich store teams in daily operations at least once a week, including Welcome, Art of Hosting, and Back of House activities.
- Assist in preparing and organizing internal events and seminars.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, with exceptional Excel skills for independent analysis and reporting.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
