- Independently create and proactively develop weekly analyses of customer satisfaction and performance-related sales figures.
- Support daily operations at the Head Office and collaborate closely with stores, including material orders and coordination with service providers.
- Monitor and maintain the cost sheet for store supply orders, working cross-departmentally with accounting for invoice processing and purchase orders.
- Actively participate in various projects and initiatives, such as store openings and the implementation of new retail systems.
- Coordinate smaller projects in the areas of Art of Hosting and sustainability in uniform recycling.
- Support maintenance tasks, including tracking requests, obtaining quotes, and liaising with suppliers and store contacts.
- Regularly gather and analyze feedback from stores on various topics.
- Create presentations and a weekly newsletter independently.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoice issuance and prepare insurance letters.
- Support Munich store teams in daily operations at least once a week.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of internal events and seminars.
- Enrolled student at a university or college.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (including VBA) with experience in analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
- Initial experience in retail is desirable, with a strong affinity for fashion and luxury goods.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a customer-oriented service environment is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize a varied workload and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
