- Support the Retail Excellence EMEA team in enhancing operational and commercial efficiency across stores in the region.
- Contribute to the deployment of new retail tools focusing on customer experience, operations, and omnichannel strategies.
- Plan tests, assist regions with communications, training, and troubleshooting, and report on needs and improvements.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects related to care service, customer satisfaction, and retail operations.
- Collect, analyze, and present customer satisfaction feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Gather and analyze quantitative data (Key Performance Indicators) from regional stores.
- Create impactful content for the monthly Retail Newsletter in collaboration with various head office departments.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Significant experience in retail.
- Fluency in English.
