- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly operational and turnover KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses focusing on client experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop new reporting approaches for in-store coaching programs in collaboration with the Learning team.
- Promote internal tools and processes through the weekly internal Retail Magazine.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to optimize store operations.
- Assist the Retail Performance team with ad hoc projects to enhance client experience.
- Fluency in English and German; French is an asset.
- Availability for a 12-month internship or working student position.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive team player with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
Previous experience in a client-centric service environment is essential.
