Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Intern

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of retail performance reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications.
- Support team meetings, training sessions, and events by preparing materials and logistics.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools and templates to support store operations.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing streamlined solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving retail performance metrics.
- Act as a key point of contact for store teams, providing timely responses and solutions to their operational needs.
- Coordinate and follow up on action plans, ensuring alignment between HQ and retail stores.
- Monitor store compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand’s commitment to excellence in client experience.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the customer journey and in-store service.
- Support the rollout of client experience initiatives and tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
