Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Intern

- Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Store and Retail Operations teams.
- Regularly attend store visits to ensure close partnership and offer support across projects including store revamps, Point-of-Sale updates, and compliance updates.
- Proactively review and monitor weekly and monthly operational and turnover KPIs.
- Roll out, allocate, and follow-up on store uniforms across the entire region.
- Promote internal tools and processes for stores through the weekly internal Retail Magazine, ensuring engaging content.
- Support other head-office departments with comprehensive data analysis across various retail KPIs.
- Support the setup of workshops and trainings to optimize store operations and processes.
- Assist the RPM Manager with ad hoc projects to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is an asset.
- Available for a 12-month commitment starting in May 2025.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Profound PowerPoint and Excel skills, including VBA, with experience in analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data.
- Ability to prioritize a varying workload and work on one's own initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and multicultural environment.
- Agility and entrepreneurial spirit to find new approaches and solutions.
Previous experience working within a client-centric service environment is required. Previous retail experience is a plus.
