1. Lead a store network with a focus on inclusivity and growth, recruiting, developing, and inspiring top-tier retail and regional talent.
2. Communicate and implement the Louis Vuitton America business strategy across the store network to exceed financial targets.
3. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients.
4. Collaborate with the Country General Manager to set and review store performance goals, driving sales and retail KPIs.
5. Partner with HR on FTE planning and productivity to deliver exceptional client experiences.
6. Collaborate with Store Managers to develop business plans that drive sales and enhance market share.
7. Work with Client Relations teams to leverage initiatives for the local market and enhance brand loyalty.
8. Inspire and lead the Retail Learning team to elevate client experiences and business acumen.
9. Provide ongoing coaching to store management teams to drive efficient business operations.
10. Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives such as store incentives and training programs.
11. Ensure productive annual performance and succession planning reviews.
12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the network.

1. Minimum 15 years of relevant retail experience.
2. Proven track record in developing lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work in multicultural and multilingual environments.
4. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

A minimum of 10 years in a senior retail management role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
