Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Director

- Lead a store network with a focus on inclusivity and growth, recruiting, developing, and inspiring top-tier retail and regional talent.
- Communicate and implement the Louis Vuitton America business strategy across the store network to exceed financial targets.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Country General Manager to set and review store performance goals, driving sales and retail KPIs.
- Partner with HR on FTE planning and productivity to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to develop business plans that drive sales and enhance market share.
- Work with Client Relations teams to leverage initiatives for the local market and enhance brand loyalty.
- Inspire and lead the Retail Learning team to elevate client experiences and business acumen.
- Provide ongoing coaching to store management teams to drive efficient business operations.
- Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives such as store incentives and training programs.
- Ensure productive annual performance and succession planning reviews.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the network.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven track record in developing lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work in multicultural and multilingual environments.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Sophisticated communication skills.
- Ability to foster trust and composure within teams.
- Curiosity to anticipate client needs.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in a senior retail management role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
