- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the EMEA region and its eight sub-regions.
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and formulate recommendations.
- Design visual data representations to optimize communication with report recipients.
- Monitor KPIs in collaboration with regional contacts and the LV_Neo team to ensure data reliability.
- Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses of stores and sales advisors.
- Communicate weekly on VOICE customer satisfaction results at regional and zone levels.
- Participate in the client experience evaluation program, managing platform access and user feedback, and proposing tool improvements.
- Organize the annual Client Obsessed Awards, recognizing excellence in customer experience and relationship development.
- Enrollment in a Master's program at an engineering or business school, or equivalent university.
- Experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in numerical data.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data consultation and dashboard creation.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Candidates should possess beginner-level experience, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
Master's degree in progress from an engineering or business school, or equivalent university.
