- Drive a community of Client Experience Ambassadors by providing an overview of KPI achievements and identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations.
- Support the Learning Community by organizing and following up on the implementation of the LV Art of Selling in stores.
- Extract and monitor data for KPIs, define formats and structures, and provide reports for stores.
- Ensure harmonization of the quarterly uniform order process and review standards across all stores.
- Engage with the BOH community to follow up on operational tasks and provide feedback.
- Assist in organizing learning workshops, including planning, sign-up, communication, and follow-up.
- Help with the planning and execution of learning programs like the Experts Academy across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Liaise with Singapore and Malaysia stores and departments to optimize communication flow.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, setting up vendors and ensuring timely payments.
- Prepare weekly reports including a Client Experience and Operational overview.
- Experience in project administration or coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with various personalities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to new ideas and procedures.
Beginner level experience in project administration or coordination is required.
