1. Collaborate with the Retail Performance Coordinator to analyze store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
2. Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance store performance across 12 stores in 8 countries.
3. Participate in and animate projects impacting retail, including strategies for evaluating the in-store experience and tools for monitoring store and team performance.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs for retail staff, including bookings and purchase orders.
5. Create training materials and resources for use in both in-store and virtual learning sessions.
6. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly update reports.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of at least one regional language is advantageous.
2. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
