1. Collaborate with the Retail Performance Coordinator to analyze store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
2. Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance store performance across 12 stores in 8 countries.
3. Participate in projects impacting retail, including strategies for evaluating in-store experiences and tools for monitoring store and team performance.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs for retail staff, including bookings and purchase orders.
5. Create training materials and resources for use in learning sessions, both in-store and virtually.
6. Update daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of at least one regional language is advantageous.
2. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
4. Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills.
