1. Assist the Retail Operations team in enhancing store processes and tools.
2. Collaborate with various departments and regional counterparts.
3. Participate in and animate projects impacting retail operations, such as exceptional sales support and inventory management.
4. Develop and manage project roadmaps and validate functionality tests.
5. Identify opportunities for new tools to enhance the client experience.

1. Fluency in both English and French.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with Vyond is advantageous.
4. Understanding of agile project management and design thinking processes is a plus.

No prior experience is required, although experience in retail is considered an advantage.
