- Assist the Retail Operations team in enhancing store processes and tools.
- Collaborate with various departments and regional counterparts.
- Participate in and animate projects impacting retail operations, such as exceptional sales support and inventory management.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps and validate functionality tests.
- Identify opportunities for new tools to enhance the client experience.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Vyond is advantageous.
- Understanding of agile project management and design thinking processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
No prior experience is required, although experience in retail is considered an advantage.
