Louis Vuitton Retail Operations & Projects Specialist

- Coordinate and support retail store operations across Hong Kong and Macau, including project rollouts and internal engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate the rollout of new retail systems, tools, and processes by coordinating user acceptance testing and tracking results.
- Assist with change management and follow-up on retail system, tool, and process implementations.
- Provide operational support for store openings, renovations, and new product category launches.
- Manage and coordinate internal newsletters and communication channels for the Retail Excellence & Operations team.
- Support employee engagement and recognition programs, including events, workshops, and ad-hoc communication initiatives.
- Organize and support training sessions and operational workshops, preparing materials and coordinating team learning initiatives.
- Consolidate and verify monthly commission reports, liaising with stakeholders to resolve disputes and escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives, providing support with system troubleshooting and procurement processes.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Responsible and dependable, with sensitivity in handling confidential company data.
- Passion for operational excellence and employee engagement.
