- Develop and implement strategies to enhance retail operations and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and store maintenance.
- Plan and manage digital projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to align with business objectives.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing retail operations and implementing omnichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in retail and store management software and e-commerce platforms.
- Japanese and English proficiency is essential; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
