1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance retail operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and store maintenance.
3. Plan and manage digital projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to align with business objectives.

5. Develop and mentor the team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Proven track record of managing retail operations and implementing omnichannel strategies.
3. Proficiency in retail and store management software and e-commerce platforms.
4. Japanese and English proficiency is essential; French is a plus.
