1. Manage purchase order flows for the retail network within the Mediterranean region.
2. Issue purchase orders for suppliers across Spain, Greece, and Israel.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
4. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
5. Identify opportunities to collaborate with new suppliers and enhance existing relationships.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders, including third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
7. Analyze expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
8. Participate in and initiate projects to improve existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Availability for an internship contract ('contrato de prácticas').
3. Familiarity with SAP is highly appreciated.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
