1. Monitor and manage purchase order flows for the retail network across the Mediterranean region.
2. Issue and oversee purchase orders for suppliers in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Israel.
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
4. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
5. Identify opportunities to collaborate with new suppliers and enhance existing supplier relationships.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
7. Conduct thorough expense analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
8. Participate in and lead projects aimed at improving existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Familiarity with SAP is highly appreciated.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Proactive, curious, and autonomous in addressing challenges and identifying improvements.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with experience in purchase order and supplier management.
