1. Assist Merchandisers in monitoring the EMEA network's activities for the Women's Leather Goods category.
2. Gain insights into strategic roles intersecting Marketing and Purchasing, maintaining constant communication with markets.
3. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of international product offerings and store assortment construction.
4. Support the team in global strategy development for collection structuring.
5. Monitor activities and manage operational tasks such as information sharing, order entry, and transfer management.
6. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on collection performance, including end-of-season reviews, purchasing debriefs, and competitive analysis.
7. Prepare presentation materials for buying sessions, business reviews, and product briefs.
8. Participate in showroom activities and provide support to stores.

1. Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a business or fashion school, or equivalent university program.

1. Strong fashion and luxury industry awareness.
2. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
3. Dynamic, meticulous, and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
5. Fluency in English is essential.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Previous experience in Merchandising or a similar field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
