1. Regularly update existing dashboards and ensure data reliability.
2. Analyze retail KPIs and assist in recommending retail actions.
3. Participate in the conceptualization of new Retail and Learning projects.
4. Assist in monitoring ongoing projects and developing corrective actions if necessary.
5. Consolidate information to construct Retail Engagement presentations.
6. Aid in the creation and improvement of training content, including One-Pagers and briefing support for Retail.
7. Organize training sessions, including Zoom meetings, webinars, and physical training.
8. Assist in organizing photo/video shoots.

1. Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a business school or a Master's program.
2. Strong affinity for the luxury and beauty sectors.

3. Agility and curiosity.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English and French.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to marketing or retail environments.

Pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
