10. Uphold the brand image and ensure all employees represent the brand values and standards.
11. Stay updated on travel retail trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

1. Experience as a Retail Manager – Duty Free for a minimum of 10 years.
2. Native Korean speaker with fluency in English.

2. Proven ability to lead and motivate staff to drive sales.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities both in writing and verbally.
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision, using initiative and independent judgment.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Retail Manager in the duty-free sector.
