1. Participate in retail and corporate rotations to gain comprehensive operational experience.
2. Engage in hands-on client interactions and project management within the retail function.
3. Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations, and various retail teams to enhance client journeys.
4. Undertake diverse corporate projects to gain exposure to different functions and departments.
5. Complete a structured program consisting of Retail & Client Discovery, Business Exposure, and Store Management Expedition stages.
6. Engage in regional projects and build a robust foundation for future leadership roles.

1. Passion for the luxury retail industry and the Louis Vuitton brand.
2. Fresh graduate or with less than five years of working experience.
3. Fluent in English with proficiency in Chinese or Korean preferred.
