- Develop engaging and interactive training packages for Client Advisors, incorporating gaming elements to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adapt educational content for various target audiences and delivery channels, including in-person, in-store, online, and blended learning formats.
- Ensure training content aligns with business objectives, the Retail Academy's vision, and the brand's values and image.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of training projects, from design to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align with strategic business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using relevant performance indicators.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in pedagogy and propose creative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in developing retail training tools within the luxury sector.
- Deep understanding of luxury sales ceremonies and retail experience.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Energetic, passionate, and creative demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, agility, and curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
