Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Project Assistant

- Serve as a key liaison between the training department and other internal departments, coordinating scheduling and logistics for cross-functional training initiatives.
- Prepare training materials, product samples, and demonstration tools for product training sessions.
- Assist as a sub-trainer to ensure smooth training execution, supporting the lead trainer and engaging with participants.
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the new digital learning platform.
- Collaborate with the global team to optimize the digital learning platform to meet local training needs.
- Manage user access, track training progress, and generate reports on platform usage and effectiveness.
- Translate training materials from English into Japanese with accuracy and cultural sensitivity, maintaining the brand's tone and style.
- Proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong digital acumen.

- Awareness of luxury brand standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a training administration role or consultancy experience is preferred.
