1. Develop and implement the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the effective application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide continuous mentorship to store teams to improve skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
4. Support the development of leadership skills among Store and Team Managers to lead their retail teams effectively.
5. Ensure the delivery of service excellence and an elevated client experience through strategic learning and development initiatives.

1. Proven track record in influencing and training team members within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others, providing constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.

Annual salary ranging from USD $120,000 to $150,000, with potential for bonuses.
