Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Manager

- Develop and implement the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the effective application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
- Provide continuous mentorship to store teams to improve skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
- Support the development of leadership skills among Store and Team Managers to lead their retail teams effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of service excellence and an elevated client experience through strategic learning and development initiatives.
- Proven track record in influencing and training team members within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others, providing constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.
- Strong alignment with the values of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on luxury retail and team development.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Annual salary ranging from USD $120,000 to $150,000, with potential for bonuses.
