1. Develop and implement the Louis Vuitton Americas Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and tailored individual training plans.
2. Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring the application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide continuous mentorship to store teams to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.

1. Extensive experience in training creation, implementation, and facilitation within a fast-paced, client-centric retail environment.

3. Proficiency in developing and executing training strategies.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

The annual salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 CAD, with potential bonuses.
