- Spearhead and manage onboarding programs for new retail employees in South Asia, ensuring a seamless integration of the company's values, product knowledge, and client service standards.
- Collaborate with central learning and merchandising teams to design and deliver regional product training, enhancing the retail teams' ability to effectively sell and support key product categories.
- Lead the implementation of new key product learning projects, particularly focusing on the Leather Goods category, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategy and product details.
- Oversee the South Asia styling program, partnering with the central Head of Styling to support global styling initiatives and maintain consistent styling excellence across markets.
- Cultivate and engage a dynamic community of product experts and stylists across South Asia, working with merchandising teams to ensure ongoing knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Serve as the primary learning manager for the South Asia region, providing hands-on support to local teams and collaborating with Field Coaching Teams in the Philippines, India, and Indonesia to tailor learning initiatives to specific market needs.
- Champion the roll-out and continuous development of the Experts & Senior Client Advisors Academy across the region, ensuring successful implementation of key training initiatives and providing guidance to local teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders at regional and local levels to develop and refine learning plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the evolving needs of each market.
- Prior experience in retail learning, training, or development within a multinational retail or luxury fashion environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and local teams.
- Strong background in product knowledge with the ability to translate it into effective learning programs for retail teams.
- Ability to tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different South Asian markets, with strong cultural awareness.
- Experience in creating, nurturing, and managing professional communities, especially experts or stylists, and driving engagement and development.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the capacity to identify learning needs, assess training effectiveness, and implement solutions that drive measurable results.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail learning, training, or development, ideally in a multinational retail or luxury fashion environment.
