- Spearhead and manage onboarding programs for new retail employees in South Asia, ensuring a seamless integration of company values, product knowledge, and client service standards.
- Collaborate with central learning and merchandising teams to design and deliver regional product training, enhancing retail teams' capabilities in selling and supporting key product categories.
- Lead the implementation of new key product learning projects, with a focus on the Leather Goods category, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and product specifics.
- Oversee the South Asia styling program in partnership with the central Head of Styling, ensuring consistent styling excellence across markets.
- Build and animate a dynamic community of product experts and stylists across South Asia, fostering ongoing engagement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Serve as the primary learning manager for the South Asia region, providing hands-on support to local teams and collaborating with Field Coaching Teams in the Philippines, India, and Indonesia.
- Champion the roll-out and continuous development of the Experts & Senior Client Advisors Academy across the region, guiding local teams on execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders at regional and local levels to develop and refine learning plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Prior experience in retail learning, training, or development, ideally within a multinational retail or luxury fashion environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong background in product knowledge, with the ability to translate this into effective learning programs for retail teams.
- Ability to tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different South Asian markets, with strong cultural awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and local teams.
- Experience in creating, nurturing, and managing professional communities, especially experts or stylists, driving engagement and development.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify learning needs, assess training effectiveness, and implement solutions that drive measurable results.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail learning, training, or development, preferably in a multinational retail or luxury fashion environment.
