1. Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development program for retail stores.
2. Align learning initiatives with business objectives and evolving retail team needs.
3. Cultivate leadership skills among Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
4. Develop retail teams to exceed expectations in service excellence and client experience.
5. Prepare and facilitate Louis Vuitton Retail Training and Client Development Strategies.
6. Support customer delight through applied learning of selling skills via observation and coaching.
7. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, preferably within a fast-paced, luxury business environment.

Salary range of USD $120,000 - $125,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
