Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Manager

- Translate corporate learning strategy into store-level plans that align with regional business priorities and performance targets.
- Design, manage and deploy learning roll‑out plans and store learning calendars in partnership with Store Management.
- Deliver and facilitate core training modules including onboarding, product knowledge, selling techniques, floor management and leadership academies.
- Embed a coaching culture by delivering on‑the‑floor coaching, structured feed‑forward and tailored individual development plans for Client Advisors and management.
- Identify skill gaps and high‑potential talent for internal academies, regional programmes and succession pipelines.
- Ensure consistent pre‑onboarding and onboarding journeys by partnering with HR and Store Managers to deploy induction programmes across retail roles.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, maintain accurate training records in the LMS and report qualitative and quantitative outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Clienteling, Retail Excellence, Supply Chain and HR to ensure learning initiatives are commercially and operationally integrated.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail learning, training or talent development; experience within luxury retail preferred.
- Proven coaching and facilitation capability with strong presence on the shop floor.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Structured, organized and data‑driven approach to measuring learning impact.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail learning & development, with demonstrable success delivering training, coaching and onboarding programmes across multiple stores and partnering with store leadership to drive performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or related field preferred; relevant L&D certifications or advanced training are advantageous.
