1. Translate and execute corporate training strategies within designated stores.
2. Develop and implement individualized coaching programs in collaboration with retail management.
3. Provide continuous feedback and address skills gaps through tailored training.
4. Collaborate with store management to create annual learning roadmaps and business-aligned learning calendars.
5. Design and facilitate core training programs, including inductions and workshops.
6. Maintain an active shop floor presence to offer real-time feedback and identify training talent.
7. Enhance client experience through role-playing and on-the-floor coaching.
8. Monitor training quality and impact, managing the LMS and learning tracker.
9. Ensure consistent onboarding for all new employees in partnership with managers and HR.
10. Lead by example and facilitate best practice sharing among stores.

1. University graduate
2. 5+ years of retail/customer service experience with a focus on client interaction

7. Fluency in Czech and English

A minimum of 5 years in retail or customer service, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and floor presence.
