Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Manager

- Translate and execute corporate training strategies within designated stores.
- Develop and implement individualized coaching programs in collaboration with retail management.
- Provide continuous feedback and address skills gaps through tailored training.
- Collaborate with store management to create annual learning roadmaps and business-aligned learning calendars.
- Design and facilitate core training programs, including inductions and workshops.
- Maintain an active shop floor presence to offer real-time feedback and identify training talent.
- Enhance client experience through role-playing and on-the-floor coaching.
- Monitor training quality and impact, managing the LMS and learning tracker.
- Ensure consistent onboarding for all new employees in partnership with managers and HR.
- Lead by example and facilitate best practice sharing among stores.
- University graduate
- 5+ years of retail/customer service experience with a focus on client interaction
- Proven coaching skills
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Fluency in Czech and English
A minimum of 5 years in retail or customer service, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and floor presence.
University degree required.
