1. Prepare and facilitate Louis Vuitton Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs.
2. Support the region in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the practical application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to improve skills, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business environment.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
