1. Prepare and facilitate the Louis Vuitton Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs.
2. Support the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills, by way of observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

1. Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills.
2. Ability to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.

Minimum 5 years

USD $110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
