1. Facilitate engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
2. Coach leadership teams to enhance their competencies, attitudes, and behaviors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the practical application of selling skills through observation, coaching, and the implementation of action plans.
4. Partner with store and regional management to support daily briefings, regional meetings, and personalized training plans, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
5. Collect and analyze feedback on training programs, providing insights to the corporate team for continuous improvement, and track the impact of training initiatives.
6. Manage administrative tasks, adhere to budget guidelines, and support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.

1. Extensive people management skills, ideally in luxury retail.
2. Proven background in coaching at all levels and providing effective feedback.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
