1. Develop and implement the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to store and regional needs.
2. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
4. Ensure the development of leadership skills among Store and Team Managers to lead their teams effectively.
5. Support business objectives through structured learning and development programs for the Southwest Region.
