1. Develop and implement the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs.
2. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the practical application of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
4. Ensure the development of leadership skills among Store and Team Managers to lead retail teams effectively.
5. Support the achievement of service excellence and an elevated client experience.
