1. Develop and execute the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and tailored individual training plans.
2. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the application of advanced selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide continuous mentorship to store teams to enhance skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
4. Ensure the development of leadership skills among Store and Team Managers to lead retail teams effectively.
