- Establish learning priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers tailored to market and store needs.
- Cultivate a culture of in-store coaching to enhance team performance.
- Conduct store visits to observe client interactions and support coaching efforts.
- Assist Store Managers in developing individual coaching plans based on team gap analysis.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR regarding team performance.
- Develop action plans to enhance client satisfaction and retail performance.
- Drive key learning initiatives through sustained in-store coaching.
- Ensure visibility and communication of learning activities to Store Management.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and impact of in-store learning.
- Coordinate onboarding and continuous learning for new employees.
- Facilitate product learning and cross-selling skills in collaboration with Merchandising.
- Partner with Central and Zone Learning teams to implement corporate programs.
- Guide and support Field Coach Trainers in special projects and store openings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or Manager in a brand-driven retail environment.
- Proven experience in learning delivery and coaching.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to deliver feedback across organizational levels.
- Trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills and cultural openness.
- Organizational skills to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interest in fashion and luxury industries.
- Willingness to travel frequently across an 8-country network.

Substantial experience in a Retail Trainer or Managerial role within a brand-driven and fast-paced retail company, ideally in the fashion, luxury, accessories, or hospitality industry, and in a multicultural environment.
