1. Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs for retail stores.
2. Align learning initiatives with business objectives and evolving retail team needs.
3. Cultivate leadership skills in Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
4. Prepare and facilitate Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans.
5. Support the region in enhancing customer satisfaction through applied learning of selling skills via observation and coaching.
6. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.

Salary range of USD $110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
