1. Assist the Retail Learning Design Manager in developing training assets, focusing on selling ceremony, styling, onboarding, product training, and retail coaching.
2. Ensure the integration of project content within various priorities.
3. Participate in the facilitation and design of both virtual and in-person project deliveries.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business school or university, preferably with a focus on educational engineering.
2. Strong affinity for the luxury sector, coaching, and/or retail.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
5. Fluent in English and French

Experience in luxury retail or store operations is advantageous.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or educational engineering.
