Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Advisor

- Support the structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the Mediterranean Zone.
- Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations.
- Assist in the translation of corporate material into local languages as needed.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires and other requests from the Retail Learning Manager.
- Organize logistics for meetings, including room bookings, meals, hotel accommodations, and entertainment.
- Gather and coordinate feedback from participants following training sessions.
- Update the LMS training database to track internal training paths.
- Support the Retail Learning team in the delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or from a Business School.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or HR.
- Eligibility to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with mandatory full proficiency in Excel.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect easily with others.
- Strong personal interest in the luxury and consumer goods environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the retail or HR sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or from a Business School.
