1. Coordinate the logistical organization of training sessions, including scheduling, selecting venues and catering, preparing materials, and managing quotes.
2. Monitor activities in the My LVT software, including session creation, registration tracking, attendance, and data updates.
3. Manage budgeting and invoicing in direct contact with suppliers, including purchase orders, invoices, and account creation.
4. Maintain collaborative tools such as Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer, and Klaxoon for engaging various expert and trainer communities.
5. Prepare mandatory reports and assessments, including CSE commission and social reports.
6. Implement the new training software for Louis Campus.
7. Participate in various cross-functional learning projects.
