1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program across various retail functions.
2. Engage in a 6-month store-based immersion focusing on Client Experience.
3. Complete a 3-month immersion in Operational and Visual Excellence.
4. Undertake a 3-5 month immersion with the Regional Corporate team.
5. Participate in a 6-month immersion focusing on People Development.
6. Assume an Acting Team Manager role during the final rotation.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential.
3. Permanent authorization to work in the location of application.

For placements in NYC, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, LA, Costa Mesa, Palo Alto, Honolulu: USD $35 – $45 per hour. For placements in Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Washington DC: USD $31 - $38 per hour. Includes potential for bonuses.
