- Monitor and manage monthly headcount and productivity metrics across stores, collaborating with HR teams and store management to address staffing needs during peak periods.
- Oversee temporary and external staff management, including agency relations.
- Draft and disseminate job postings, manage candidate applications, and organize recruitment sessions for non-executive staff.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including contract management, integration schedules, and orientation sessions.
- Engage with educational institutions and participate in recruitment sessions for apprentices.
- Launch and track talent development initiatives such as RISE campaigns and OMR.
- Organize and support team mobility, including feedback sessions and tripartite agreements.
- Recruit and support apprentices and temporary staff, managing development and absenteeism.
- Implement and oversee training plans for team members.
- Conduct exit and return interviews, supporting managers in team development.
- Train managers on HR tools and processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events, including entry, exit, and mobility.
- Monitor absenteeism and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with compensation policies.
- Coordinate and deploy HR processes and audits, manage CSE, CMIE, and professional risk actions.
- Support and guide the Admin and HR team, including managing HR interns and apprentices.
- Collaborate with store managers and department heads, providing operational HR support on the floor.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
