1. Identify and engage with motivated retail professionals during the hiring event.
2. Facilitate interviews and assessments for potential Client Advisors, Expert Client Advisors, Team Leads, and Team Managers.
3. Evaluate candidates' ability to create memorable experiences for clientele.
4. Support the Store Manager/Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
5. Champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
6. Lead business and team performance with a commercial understanding of the luxury market.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant retail or luxury environment.

Salary ranges from USD $20-$32 per hour for Client Advisors and Expert Client Advisors, USD $30-$36 per hour for Team Leads, and USD $80,000-$110,000 per year for Team Managers, with potential for commission or bonus.
