Louis Vuitton Retail Financial Controller

- Oversee and guide the financial control of global retail activities, including revenue analysis, operational expenses, and store network management.
- Produce comprehensive analyses, KPIs, and reports on global sales for internal and external stakeholders during financial closures and budget phases.
- Lead the international financial community, analyzing data from various regions and subsidiaries.
- Support and analyze the overall retail operations, including selling expenses, lease management, store network tracking, FTE monitoring, and profitability analyses.
- Implement and support financial performance management tools for lifestyle and hospitality activities.
- Participate in monthly closures and forecasting phases.
- Serve as the key user for financial control services related to information systems and business intelligence concerning revenue.
- Manage and develop a team of two controllers and one intern.
- Engage in cross-functional exercises and missions, including coordination of closures and budgets.
- Contribute to the development and engagement of financial teams both at headquarters and in regional zones.
- Conduct various ad hoc analyses.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in a similar role or in consolidation, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and arithmetic precision.
- Comprehensive understanding of finance fundamentals: Accounting, Consolidation, Legal, Taxation.
- Team management experience.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role or in consolidation, preferably within the luxury industry.
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
