1. Oversee and guide the financial control of global retail activities, including revenue analysis, operational expenses, and store network management.
2. Produce comprehensive analyses, KPIs, and reports on global sales for internal and external stakeholders during financial closures and budget phases.
3. Lead the international financial community, analyzing data from various regions and subsidiaries.
4. Support and analyze the overall retail operations, including selling expenses, lease management, store network tracking, FTE monitoring, and profitability analyses.
5. Implement and support financial performance management tools for lifestyle and hospitality activities.
6. Participate in monthly closures and forecasting phases.
7. Serve as the key user for financial control services related to information systems and business intelligence concerning revenue.
8. Manage and develop a team of two controllers and one intern.
9. Engage in cross-functional exercises and missions, including coordination of closures and budgets.
10. Contribute to the development and engagement of financial teams both at headquarters and in regional zones.
11. Conduct various ad hoc analyses.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in a similar role or in consolidation, ideally within the luxury sector.
3. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
2. Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and arithmetic precision.
4. Comprehensive understanding of finance fundamentals: Accounting, Consolidation, Legal, Taxation.
5. Team management experience.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar role or in consolidation, preferably within the luxury industry.
