1. Monitor retail activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial operations.
2. Serve as a key partner to various departments, the France and EMEA management, and central teams.
3. Ensure a smooth purchasing process in compliance with Louis Vuitton standards and budgets.
4. Develop and revise budgets in coordination with France and EMEA departments.
5. Prepare monthly closures and provide insightful P&L analyses to the CFO and General Management.
6. Maintain contingency plans and analyze cost-related risks and opportunities.
7. Support stores and departments in budget tracking.
8. Provide support and training to 22 stores in daily operations.
9. Conduct regular operational reviews across all stores.
10. Continuously improve regional procedures with a business-oriented mindset.
11. Ensure compliance with Group internal control standards and local regulations.
12. Actively contribute to various retail projects, including store openings/closures and key events.
13. Act as a key financial partner on regional projects, such as new purchasing or reporting tools.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent.
2. 5 to 7 years of professional experience in financial controlling, ideally in retail, luxury, or audit firms.

1. Excellent communication skills for interaction at all responsibility levels.
2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in complex structures.
3. Autonomy and initiative to navigate complex situations and provide clear information to management.
4. Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and general accounting principles.
5. Good knowledge of internal control environment and retail operations procedures.
6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/BI).
7. Familiarity with SAP or other financial systems, and reporting consolidation tools (Syrus).
8. Operational proficiency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in financial controlling, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors, or in audit firms.

Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent.
