- Monitor retail activity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial operations.
- Serve as a key partner to various departments, the France and EMEA management, and central teams.
- Ensure a smooth purchasing process in compliance with Louis Vuitton standards and budgets.
- Develop and revise budgets in coordination with France and EMEA departments.
- Prepare monthly closures and provide insightful P&L analyses to the CFO and General Management.
- Maintain contingency plans and analyze cost-related risks and opportunities.
- Support stores and departments in budget tracking.
- Provide support and training to 22 stores in daily operations.
- Conduct regular operational reviews across all stores.
- Continuously improve regional procedures with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ensure compliance with Group internal control standards and local regulations.
- Actively contribute to various retail projects, including store openings/closures and key events.
- Act as a key financial partner on regional projects, such as new purchasing or reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in financial controlling, ideally in retail, luxury, or audit firms.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction at all responsibility levels.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in complex structures.
- Autonomy and initiative to navigate complex situations and provide clear information to management.
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and general accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of internal control environment and retail operations procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/BI).
- Familiarity with SAP or other financial systems, and reporting consolidation tools (Syrus).
- Operational proficiency in English.
Minimum of 5 years in financial controlling, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors, or in audit firms.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent.
