- Monitor retail activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and productivity.
- Act as a key partner to various departments, including France, EMEA, and Central management.
- Ensure a seamless purchasing process in line with Louis Vuitton's standards and budgets.
- Develop and revise budgets in coordination with France and EMEA departments.
- Prepare monthly closures and provide insightful P&L analyses to the CFO and General Management.
- Maintain contingency plans and analyze cost-related risks and opportunities.
- Support and train 22 stores in their daily operations.
- Conduct regular operational reviews across all stores in the region.
- Continuously improve regional procedures with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ensure compliance with Group internal control standards and local regulations.
- Contribute to various retail projects, including store openings/closures and key events.
- Serve as a key financial partner on regional-specific projects, such as new purchasing or reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in financial control, ideally in retail, luxury, or audit firms.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in complex structures.
- Autonomy and initiative, with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide clear, concise information to management.
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and general accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of internal control environments and retail-specific procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/BI).
- Familiarity with SAP or other financial systems, and consolidation reporting tools (Syrus).
- Operational proficiency in English.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial control, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors, or in an audit firm.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or equivalent.
