1. Execute retail excellence plans to achieve target sales for each store.
2. Ensure high and consistent retail standards across all stores.
3. Monitor store KPIs and analyze business trends to support stakeholders and store teams.
4. Support the retail team in building store performance goals and driving performance across sales and retail KPIs.
5. Participate proactively in local projects and execute business initiatives within the Retail Excellence team.
6. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail excellence, retail support, or a relevant field.

1. Extensive knowledge of the luxury or retail industry.
2. Proven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft, Power BI, or relevant analytical tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail excellence, retail support, or a relevant field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
