1. Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in the end-to-end in-store customer journey.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor initiatives enhancing service excellence and brand experience.
3. Support client experience programs, including Dare to Delight and Voice initiatives, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and engagement.
4. Monitor usage and effectiveness of clienteling tools and platforms such as Journey, ICON, and Welcome.
5. Prepare toolkits, training materials, and performance dashboards for store teams focused on client engagement.
6. Support deployment and adoption of retail performance tools.
7. Track retail KPIs such as productivity, traffic conversion, ATV/UPT, and provide data support for performance reviews.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025.
2. Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.

1. High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Pleasant demeanor, self-initiative, team player, and willingness to learn.

Beginner level experience required.
