1. Oversee and drive commercial results across a multi-store network, ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Plan and execute effective store visits with a comprehensive view of all business pillars.
3. Lead and inspire a diverse retail and regional talent pool, promoting inclusivity and a growth mindset.
4. Communicate and implement the Louis Vuitton Americas business strategy across the store network to exceed financial targets.
5. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive market share and brand loyalty.
6. Collaborate with Regional Vice President and Store Managers to develop business plans and explore market opportunities.
7. Integrate client development initiatives and propose strategies tailored to the local market.
8. Ensure completion of annual performance and succession planning reviews, fostering talent development.
9. Promote a culture of feedback and professional development among Store Managers.
10. Work with Retail Learning and HR teams to implement training initiatives across stores.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.

Salary range of USD $240,000 - $260,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
